Ok. So what is LionNet?
Sounds good. Who does all the work? All of the work on LionNet is provided by Lions volunteers who serve as administrators and nodemasters. Lions Clubs or District Organizations can develop a Web Site and advise the LionNet Administrators of its existence. That's pretty much it. How does my club get started? Good question. The list of Lions Club Objectives begins with: To create and foster a spirit of understanding among the peoples of the world. That should be a pretty good motivation.
I'm not a Lion. How can I get Lions Club information? That's easy. Just send us a message by clicking this | Contact Us | link or click the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page. LionNet provides a linking structure and hierarchy for Lions on the Internet. The Hattiesburg Lions Club website recently received the coveted LionNet Award, for maintaining up-to-date information concerning local, district, and Lions Clubs International activities. 
An increasing number of Lions Clubs and District Organizations are establishing a presence on the Internet using the World Wide Web. Since Lions Clubs International is the world's largest volunteer service organization with over 40,000 clubs and 1.4 million members scattered in over 182 countries and geographic areas … coordination and cooperation are essential.
